This means that when you call your local customer service team you may speak to someone located in a different city. Meet Callum MacDonald
Callum has been part of the Nolan’s Queensland team for the past 2 years. Callum has quickly developed a strong knowledge of the Nolan Group product range and operations and has extra experience in furniture fabric.
Callum is always willing and eager to help customers to the best of his ability and aims to achieve the best and most efficient outcome possible. He is a fast learner and has undertaken recent studies in Google and data analytics.
Meet Philip Grew
Phillip started with the Nolan Group when he was 18 and now has 37 years of experience (which means he is 55 years young!). Throughout his career with Nolan’s he has worked in store, counter sales, as a sales rep and is now assisting our customers over the phone, based in our Newcastle office.
Philip has seen the Nolan Group inventory grow exponentially over the 37 years and has served tens of thousands of customers during this time. He still maintains that commitment and passion to providing assistance and service to our customers, ensuring they get the right products for their job.
Phil’s product and fabrication knowledge is immense and essential in providing ongoing training to our customer service team around the country. A successful martial arts sportsman, Phil also trains others in his local community.
Meet Darren Williams
Darren (Daisy) has been with the company for just over seven years and has developed a great rapport with our customers. He is based in our Yatala office.
Daisy’s product knowledge is exceptional and he prides himself on providing customers with education as well as excellent customer service at all times. Darren is our team’s ‘map,’ knowing exactly where each of our customers are based across Australia. Darren is a passionate AFLW coach, with several of his past players now competing at the top level.
