Both market-leading brands, they offer a list of benefits including high tear resistance, fire retardance and stain resistance. They are also fluid proof, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, anti-microbial, easy to maintain and anti-static.
Sure-Chek® healthcare fabrics
Sure-Chek® 44XL is a versatile mattress cover designed for heavy duty applications. This PVC laminate is reinforced with a polyester base cloth.
Sure-Chek® 80 is a specifically engineered fabric designed for extra heavy-duty mattress covers where strength and durability are paramount. A double laminated PVC surface is reinforced with a high tenacity polyester yarn in a proprietary weaving configuration. Combined with hygienic properties, this provides a functional solution for all correctional centre mattress covers.
Sure-Chek® ClearChek is a transparent mattress cover designed for heavy-duty applications. It provides internal mattress visibility without removing the cover. A key feature of the ClearChek fabric is its transparency. It provides internal mattress visibility without removing the cover.
Ultra healthcare fabrics
Ultra 450 is a durable healthcare fabric developed for mattress bases and general-purpose mattress covers. It’s designed to be used in combination with the Ultra-Thane range of PU fabrics and can be high frequency welded.
Ultra-Soft is a PVC healthcare fabric manufactured with an innovative casting process for a softer handle and feel.
Ultra-Thane healthcare fabrics are breathable for maximum patient comfort. The range is phthalate free and contains no heavy metals.
Ultra-Thane Classic is a versatile PU mattress cover with multi-directional stretch and available in a wide width to minimise joins. It helps the mattress conform to the shape of the body, which is ideal for pressure management.
Ultra-Thane Cover is an extra heavy-duty formulation of the Ultra-Thane Classic available in multiple variations.
Ultra-Thane Supreme HR features a hydrolysis resistant (HR) formulation for low water vapour transmission and excellent chemical resistance. This feature allows the fabric to be cleaned with highly concentrated solutions for maximum infection control and without damaging or prematurely aging the fabric surface.
Ultra-Thane Ultimate HR-S is a complete package for healthcare mattress covers. It features silvosan (S) for advanced bacteria control. Silvosan is an active silver-based additive that fights against bacteria.
Ultra-Tick PVC construction combines durability with a soft supple finish and is commonly used for general-purpose mattress cover applications.
