The Nolan Group is proud to have been operating in Melbourne for over 100 years.

On Wednesday December 21, 2022, our Dingley Village warehouse will close – and we’ll reopen in January 2023 at our larger and more modern facility in the new Rubix Connect industrial estate in Dandenong South.

The relocation will take place over the Christmas/ New Year period. We will reopen our customer service on Tuesday, January 3. Full trading and distribution to customers, including pick-ups (for pre-orders only), will commence on Monday, January 9.

Some new compliance and safety requirements will apply to pick-ups. This information will be circulated soon.

Our new Melbourne Distribution Centre will be located at 2 Goodall Close, Dandenong South, VIC 3175

Being a new estate, Goodall Close is not yet listed in Google Maps. Our new distribution centre can be found by searching for 25 Fox Drive. We are on the corner of Fox Drive and Goodall Close, next to Ozito Industries: https://goo.gl/maps/79MtopogJ9DCftUk9

Only 35km from the Melbourne CBD, the estate is centrally located and easily accessible by the Eastlink Freeway and South Gippsland Highway. The state-of-the-art facility has been designed for growth and efficiency.

Sustainable building design
Our choice of distribution centre was influenced by our increasing focus on environmental and social governance. The new facility is designed to:

  • Reduce greenhouse emissions with a solar PV system and biodiesel generator
  • Capture and reuse rain water 

It will also target a 5 star Green Star Design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

What does this mean for you?
This move is an investment that will improve supply lines. You will be able to access the entire Nolan Group range with improved inventory availability, more efficient and consistent order processing.
