The contemporary flooring choice for family friendly hotels

The East Hotel is a newly renovated boutique hotel for Canberra Avenue that provides elegant, contemporary spaces for a wide range of visitors ranging from overnighters to business quests to families. And, because of the diversity in their guests and rooms, the hotel flooring at The East needed to be durable, hard wearing and long-lasting, while remaining modern and comfortable.

Set on Ngunnawal and Ngambri country, the COX Architecture interior design team collaborated with Sally Hieatt Interiors to achieve a sophisticated and modern feel to the internal space of the hotel.

Nolan Carpets GA680 carpet tiles were installed by Master Carpet ACT in every guest rooms. The GA680 tile offers a plush finish and luxurious comfort under foot, while being durable enough to endure foot traffic and luggage passing over the floors, as well as kid-friendly spaces in hotel rooms.

Families are well catered for at the East Hotel. The durable GA680 carpet tiles performs exceptionally well in family rooms, kids’ cubbies in the two-bedroom suites and around the kitchen facilities in every room.

The modular carpet tiles also allow for quick, convenient and affordable replacement if damaged by guests.
